How to get cost estimate from us?

To request an medical appointment or cost estimate / quote for your medical treatment in Germany through our patient transfer service, please follow the indicated steps:

Step 1: How to start processing your request for treatment in Germany

Go to our contact site and fill up the form. You can upload up to 3 documents if you have more send us tese by email: info@surgicalexperts.de

Step 2: Medical history and reports, pictures, scans and films

Send us together with the PDF your complete medical history and reports with your x-ray and ultrasound pictures, CT-scans and MRI film. We process your medical information through our Medical Advisory Board and will get back with your personal and individual cost estimate as soon as possible.

We also need a copy of your passport please!

Step 3: Cost estimate and advanced payment

After discussion with our medical advisory board and the doctors we will present you the cost estimate for your treatment in Germany. The cost estimate will include our patient service fee, hospital cost, doctors fee, etc.. An advanced payment of minimum 30% to 100% is required to get your appointments fixed and to start will all organizatons for you.

Step 4: Invitation letters - VISA

We will send you the invitation letters for applying the VISA from the hospital on received advanced payment.
